Recruiting

• Identify, screen, and recruit qualified international students (especially from Asia) who align with the school’s academic standards and Christian values

• Promote the school through marketing materials, online platforms, school fairs, and information sessions abroad

• Assist prospective students and families with application processes, document preparation, and visa guidance

• Coordinate English proficiency testing and academic assessments to ensure student readiness

• Communicate the school’s mission, vision, and faith-based environment to families abroad

• Facilitate interviews between the school’s admissions team and prospective students

• Provide cultural orientation and pre-departure briefings for students and parents

• Collaborate with the school to ensure smooth integration into academic, spiritual, and extracurricular life

• Offer ongoing support and communication between the school, students, and overseas parents during the students’ enrollment
